Downham Hall.
I was lucky to be asked to create these pieces for the new function room at Downham Hall, by the owner, who was keen to support local artists. I created these two pieces using the reference images provided as inspiration, in muted soft, spring/summer colours. The views are from the house looking over the beautiful fields. I really enjoyed creating something that was different from my current work.
I was asked to create this piece inspired by a photograph of a special location, using greens in an abstract style, with gold.
I was so happy to be able to create something in this colour palette again, especially to be trusted with capturing a location that was so important.
